The Ins And Outs of How We Do Business

  • What are your appointment hours?
    Monday - Friday with 2 appointment times lasting 3.5 hours each 1st shift 9am - 12:30pm lunch 2nd shift 1:30pm-5pm
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellations must be done by midnight for the following day. No refunds after making an appointment, however, you may reschedule within the next 7 days for service.
  • What is your service guarantee?
    We guarantee our customers to be happy with our cleaning services or we will book you the next available time slot to make the corrections.
  • What is included with your services?
    We provide (1) person for labor and all materials to clean your property within the givin time slot. If you have a project which is expected to take more time we will give you an estimate and provide enough personell and materials to get the job completed within the time frame allocated.
  • Do you work holidays and weekends?
    We work holidays and weekends by appointment only. Call to schedule. Rates will vary.
  • Do I need to be home for cleaning?
    No, as long as we have access to get in to your property we are trained to properly clean your home and will lock up on the way out.
  • Do I need to crate my pet?
    We ask that dogs or animals that are not friendly be crated or put in a safe place away from the cleaning process.
  • What does basic cleaning service include?
    Regular chores, such as vacuuming and mopping the floors, general bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and dusting. ... At the initial cleaning, we include, for instance, wiping the doors, dusting exposed baseboards, chairs, dressers, and other small furniture, dusting window sills, sink basins, and cabinets.
  • What is the difference between basic cleaning and deep cleaning?
    A regular clean is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around your house. Cleaning the bathrooms – toilet, bath, mirror, sink, etc. ... A deep cleaning service will remove the deep dirt and grime in your home. It will cover the areas that aren't typically covered in a regular cleaning service.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes, we are fully covered with a 1,000,0000 policy for your and our protection.
  • How do I pay for my cleaning services?
    You can either pay with a check, Mastercard/Visa, or online. A check is used by leaving it with us at the office, or leaving it on your kitchen table for our cleaning crew to pick up. We also take Master card and Visa, we will take your card number and then charge the amount after the service is finished. We recently added an option to make your payment online.
  • Do I have to do anything to prepare for my cleaning service?
    Yes! We do not pick up your stuff and then clean. Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving. Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home. (See House Cleaning Service Cancellation procedures.) Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarm, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system. Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges. Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items.
  • What happens if I suspect something is damaged?
    Customer has 30 days to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 30 days customer assumes liability.
